We are pleased to be selected as one of the winners of Sustainovate Open and exited to initiate a pilot project with the Husqvarna Group.
The joint pilot will explore the possibility to use our unit in a construction environment that sets high requirements on the unit. During the pilot, Watts Battery team will present its product and technical specifications and run through several stages of laboratory and field testing of our WBX 1.0. – portable, and Lego-like modular energy storage and management solution that can substantially simplify electrification and access to renewable energy.
Each Watts Battery module can supply a total load up to 3kW and meet energy needs up to 1.2kWh. Up to 10 modules can be connected without cables (lego-like), and the power and energy can increase up to 15kW/12kWh. They can be charged either from an AC source (mains, fuel generator) and DC source (photovoltaics).
